Roofing Roller & Brush Kit
Liquid Rubber and similar elastomeric coatings are applied at 20 mils wet film thickness — significantly thicker than paint. A standard 3/8" nap roller will load inadequately and leave you with thin, uneven coverage. You need a 3/4" nap roller that can hold the material and release it evenly at the correct film build.
This kit includes a 9-inch roller frame with a 3/4" nap sleeve, plus an extension pole thread (pole not included, standard 5/8"-11 thread). The 4-inch chip brush handles corners, edges, around penetrations, and any area where a roller can't reach.
For a 1-gallon job, plan to use the entire roller sleeve in one session — elastomeric coatings are difficult to clean out of nap once they begin curing. Treat the sleeve as a single-use consumable for each coat.
