Liquid Rubber Waterproof Sealant
Liquid Rubber is what you use when you've addressed all the seams and penetrations and you want to put a proper waterproof membrane over the remaining field area.
It goes on like thick, slow-flowing paint. Roll it out with a 3/4-inch nap roller or brush it into corners. As it cures, it contracts slightly and forms a seamless, self-adhering membrane that bridges small surface imperfections and micro-cracks. The membrane stays elastic through freeze-thaw cycling — it moves with the substrate instead of cracking.
One gallon covers approximately 40–50 sq ft in a single coat. The recommended system is two coats, which means one gallon covers 20–25 sq ft to spec. For a full RV or flat-roof shed, you need the 5-gallon pail from the Best Kit.
Liquid Rubber Canada is a Canadian company. The product is manufactured and distributed in Canada, which means faster shipping and formulation that accounts for Canadian climate conditions.
