Henry Flex Coat Elastomeric Roof Coating

$379.00 CAD

Henry Flex Coat is the white-surface alternative to black Liquid Rubber — the right choice when you want a reflective finish for a flat roof in a hot climate, or when your building code or HOA requires a white roof.

As a water-based elastomeric coating, it brushes or rolls on, cures flexible, and stays bonded through Canadian temperature swings. The white finish reflects solar heat, which reduces cooling loads in summer — a meaningful advantage on flat-roofed commercial buildings and sun-exposed residential additions.

For roofs where heat reflection is not a priority, Liquid Rubber is the comparable product at a similar price point. Choose Henry Flex Coat when white is either required or preferred.
